Appointments

You’ll enjoy a personalized, one-on-one experience with one of our expert consultants, dedicated to helping you find the perfect gown or suit for your special event. Bridal appointments are two hours, while menswear appointments range from 30 to 60 minutes depending on whether you are renting or purchasing.

For bridal appointments, you will shop our collection alongside your consultant for a personalized experience. We kindly ask that you bring only those who will positively support your decision, as seating accommodates up to 6 guests depending on availability. Please arrive no more than 5 minutes early, as another bride may be celebrating her moment. You are welcome to bring wedding-day items such as shoes or accessories, or explore our in-store selection. Clear beverages are allowed, but no food, champagne, or open drinks.

Menswear appointments take place in our Gentlemen Jacks suite within the same building, entering through our main lobby and down the hall to the left. For rentals, we will take measurements and place your order. For purchases, we will guide you to the best fit based on your style and budget. While alterations are not done on-site, we can recommend trusted local seamstresses to ensure the perfect final fit.
